Kyle Nieman (President and CEO)

Kyle Nieman, a 25 year veteran of the insurance industry, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Amerinst Professional Services, Ltd. Most recently, Kyle was senior vice president of distribution strategy at CNA where he managed agency/broker relationships and cross-sell strategies. Prior to leading distribution, Kyle was Vice President of Underwriting for CNA’s multiple professional liability portfolios including accountants, attorneys and real estate agents. For over 20 years, Kyle was responsible for underwriting and program management for the AICPA endorsed professional liability program and several state bar programs at CNA and at Crum and Forster where he started his career.

 

Pat Cosulich (Chief Information Officer)

As Chief Information Officer of AmerInst Professional Services, Ltd., Pat Cosulich is responsible for developing a systems platform to provide superior service to small to mid market firms. Prior to joining Amerinst, Pat was Vice President of Insurance Business Development for Outline Systems Inc., a specialty insurance software provider. In over 20 years with CNA, she was responsible for developing specialty web platforms, as well as policy and claims systems. In addition to significant experience in systems development, Pat has a deep understanding and expertise in Professional Liability. While leading field operations for CNA’s Technology E &O, she helped develop forms, implement strategies and coordinate coverage for this business segment. By creating an application process that understands the potential insured and asks only relevant questions, the application becomes streamlined and easy for our customers.

 

Peter Reimann (Vice President of Sales)

Peter Reimann is Vice President of Sales for Amerinst Professional Services, Ltd. He joined the company after more than 20 years at Aon Insurance Services in Chicago where he worked exclusively with the AICPA Endorsed Accountant Professional Liability Program. As Vice President of Sales and Distribution, Peter was instrumental in the successful growth of the AICPA Plan from 11,000 to over 25,000 insured firms. Leveraging his professional liability experience, he was selected as one of Aon’s certified sales trainers for its national sales team. Prior to leaving Aon, Peter managed professional liability, employment practices and management liability for a number of the nation’s top 100 accounting firms.

 

Terence O’Dekirk (Senior Vice President of Underwriting)

As Senior Vice President of Underwriting, Terry O’Dekirk works with Crum and Forster to develop underwriting guidelines and is the liaison on claims reporting and management. Terry practiced law for nine years as a civil trial attorney prior to joining Crum and Forster Managers/Coregis/Westport in 1986.  As Vice-President of Claims, he established the Claims Legal Department and Litigation Management Program and later assumed additional responsibility for Directors and Officers claims. He managed Lawyers Professional Liability at Coregis and was business leader for Non-Medical Professional Liability at Westport. Later, he was Senior Vice-President of Underwriting for Medical and Non-Medical Professional Liability at Interstate National Corporation.
